Vitek TMJ Implants Class Action

Vitek TMJ implants were introduced in the 1980s and were marked as the end-all for TMJ problems. Unfortunately, the implants broke down after implantation and have caused significant medical problems. We have negotiated settlements for implant victims from the manufacturers and researchers and are pursuing other claims.
