TicketMaster Class Action Lawsuit

Docken and Company is actively pursing a class Action lawsuit against Ticketmaster on the basis that the corporation has violated anti-scalping laws.

The potential claim is based on the allegation that Ticketmaster conspired to divert tickets to events from its main website to its own ticket auction website, www.TicketsNow.com; A much more expensive demand based ticket seller.

The Law prohibits the resale of event tickets for more than their face value in Alberta.
