Mr. Docken, has been practicing law for more than 30 years at all levels of court including the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen's Bench, Court of Appeal in Alberta, Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1992. He is also an experienced mediator and was appointed a chartered mediator by the the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada Inc. in 1999. He is also on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), which works to promote a fair and effective justice system. | |
Mr. Klym was raised in Manitoba, but has practiced law in Calgary for the past 39 years, and has appeared before all levels of court in Canada. He was counsel in the Charter case of R. v. Big M Drug Mart. Mr. Klym practices law in the areas of Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, Shareholders Rights, Oppression Remedies, and Professional Negligence. | |

Gloria was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and moved to Calgary, Alberta in the fall of 1980. In 1992 Gloria graduated from the Career College legal assistant program in Calgary, obtaining her diploma with honours. She has been enjoying applying herself in the legal field for the past 18 years. Her hobbies include reading, traveling and aerobics. | |
Mary Lou and has been working mainly in the legal field since 1989. MS. Gallivan has experience in administering client files in the areas of Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, Shareholders Rights, Oppression Remedies, Professional Negligence and Real Estate. In her spare time, Ms. Gallivan enjoys family, golf, curling and traveling. | |

Robert Forsyth grew up in and around Calgary, and has since travelled extensively throughout other parts of the world. He has been working as a Legal Assistant since 2008, and was previously a student, a business manager, a small business consultant, and an entrepreneur. Mr. Forsyth has experience in civil litigation, class actions, and motor vehicle claims, and is always willing to help our team with whatever type of file they are working on! | |
Mr. Sawkiw relocated to Calgary from Sudbury, Ontario, and is currently completing his law studies at the University of Calgary. Mr. Sawkiw has been working with the firm of Docken Klym since 2012, and is looking forward to completing his studies and being called to the bar in 2014. Mr. Sawkiw’s practical experience has focused on the areas of Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, Shareholders Rights, and Personal Injury and Litigation. |
