Clint G. Docken, Q.C., Principal
Mr. Docken, has been practicing law for more than 30 years at all levels of court including the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen's Bench, Court of Appeal in Alberta, Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1992. He is also an experienced mediator and was appointed a chartered mediator by the the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada Inc. in 1999.

Kimberly Johnston, Associate
Kimberly Johnston practices in the area of civil litigation and has represented clients in all levels of court in Alberta. Ms. Johnston graduated with a J.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2008 and was called to the Alberta bar in 2009. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. In her time away from work, Ms. Johnston enjoys aquatic sports, photography and travel.

Patrick B. Higgerty , Counsel
Mr. Higgerty has more than 20 years experience acting for Albertans in litigation. Notably he has served the Chinese community in Calgary for more than a decade. He has joined Docken & Company as Counsel to lend his experience and reputation to our team

Gloria Wozniuk, Assistant to Clint G. Docken, Q.C.
Gloria was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and moved to Calgary, Alberta in the fall of 1980. In 1992 Gloria graduated from the Career College legal assistant program in Calgary, obtaining her diploma with honours. She has been enjoying applying herself in the legal field for the past 18 years.

Her hobbies include reading, traveling and aerobics.

San Kwok , Paralegal
San works primarily in the personal injury field, specializing in motor vehicle accidents. San has been working in this field for more than five years. She completed the Legal and Administrative Certificate program at SAIT, graduating with honors, and is now taking additional accounting courses. San is able to speak three different Chinese dialects as well.
