The principals of our firm are Clint G. Docken, Q.C. and Mark C. Freeman.
Clint G. Docken, Q.C. is the principal of our firm. Mr. Docken, has been practicing law for more than 25 years at all levels of court including the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen's Bench, Court of Appeal in Alberta, Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1992. He is also an experienced mediator and was appointed a chartered mediator by the the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada Inc. in 1999.
Mark C. Freeman (left) has been practicing law for over 10 years. His focus has been
litigation during that entire time, and he has made hundreds of court appearances.
He is a member of the Bar in both Alberta and British Columbia. He has extensive
insurance litigation experience, having worked three years as litigation counsel for a
large insurer. His trial and appeal records have impressed even other lawyers.
Mr. Freeman's memberships include two Law Societies, Canadian Bar Association, Insurance Institute of Canada, The Ranchmen's Club, Providence Child Development Society and other volunteer organizations.
