Willows Development Corp. litigation

(2008-05-13) Docken & Company successfully defend officers and directors in Class Action. In the case of The Willows Development Corp. we represented the Officers and Directors of a real estate developer that went into receivership leaving a shortfall for investors. The Directors and Officers were sued in a Class Action which we defended. Discontinuance of Action was filed by the Plaintiffs May 13, 2008, ending the Class Action without any compensation from the Defendants.
