(2006-07-25) June 22, 2007 UPDATE PRE 1986/POST 1990 HEPATITIS C Re: Pre 1986/Post 1990 Hepatitis C Settlement The Court Order approving the settlement has now been signed by all the judges and filed at the Courts. The implementation date for the claims procedure to begin is August 9, 2007. We are working on claims for our clients in the interim so that they can get their money as soon as possible. Contact Gloria in our office if you wish to retain us. Depending on the complexity of their claim, we anticipate getting money for our clients by the fall. In the meantime, there may be a possibility of interim financing for claims previously approved in the Red Cross settlement. Please contact us for details.
