Client Update

(2006-11-15) Please be advised that meetings between Plaintiffs’ Counsel and counsel for the government have been continuing on a monthly basis negotiating the structuring of the settlement. The last meeting was held the week of November 6, 2006. We can advise that the parties are hoping that the final settlement agreement will be signed and sealed by the end of December, 2006. Once the settlement agreement has been signed and sealed there will be court hearings across the country for court approval of this final settlement agreement. Once the settlement agreement is approved, the process of the settlement will be implemented and the claims process will begin. We will keep you apprised as this matter progresses.
