Mount Herbert Update

(1/20/2009) This matter was argued in the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal in June 2008. We are still awaiting a decision from the Court, but would anticipate receiving it in the Spring. The Court's decision will be helpful in providing further direction with the claim.
