Menu Foods Update

(1/9/2009) On November 18, 2008, Judge Hillman issued an Order and 65-page Opinion approving the Settlement in the Menu Foods class action.

The deadline for submitting Claim Forms to the Settlement Administrator in the Canadian case was extended passed on January 27, 2009. Docken & Company has submitted 26 claims at this time.

The settlement has been appealed, and funds are not likely to be distributed until these appeals have been resolved. Clients should wait to hear further updates from us later this year.
