Information Release - La Senza Itec Bras

(6/7/2010) Docken & Company has filed a class action against La Senza Corporation with respect to the ITEC bra line.

The class action alleges that the use of the ITEC Bra is associated with a risk of irritation to the skin, rashes and or bumps. The action also alleges that extended use is associated with hyperpigmentation and scarring of the skin.

La Senza Corporation is a large fashion retail group, which specializes in own-branded stores located in shopping centers, as well as online shopping. The Company is wholly owned by Limited Brands Inc., a specialty retailer of women’s intimate apparel, beauty and personal care products. The company’s principal brands include Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body and La Senza.
