Mount Herbert Class Action

Docken and Company acts for a number of people who lived at the Mt. Herbert orphanage in Prince Edward Island. The children at this orphanage experienced physical and sexual abuse at the hands of the various caregivers employed by the orphanage. The Plaintiffs claim that the government of P.E.I. knew of this abuse but did nothing to stop it. Docken & Company is pursuing this claim on behalf of all Mt. Herbert survivors.
