Some infected individuals experience fatigue and nausea. In more severe cases, a variety of symptoms may develop that are related to a poorly functioning liver. A significant minority of persons who contract Hepatitis C, die from this disease. The government has set aside $1.1 billion for the settlement of claims. Negotiations are ongoing.
We represent a number of clients who contracted Hepatitis C through the receipt of "tainted blood".
