Game Farmers Class Action Lawsuit

Docken and Company is pursuing a class acton against the government of Canada on behalf of game farmers accross the country. The suit alleges that the government of Canada authorized the importation of Deer and Elk that were infected with CWD (the cervid equivalent of Mad Cow Disease). This caused CWD to spread throughout Canada, affecting both wildlife and many game farmers who raised elk and deer as thier livelyhood. The outbreak of CWD decimated the game farming industry. The industry is still trying to recover from the impact of CWD.
