At Docken & Company we handle a variety of business disputes and other conflicts that arise in a commercial setting. In the past year alone, for example, we have been working on conflicts in the areas of franchises, product liability, manufacturing, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary and other duties, construction disputes and insurance losses; just to name a few.
