Docken and Company is currently working with a team of lawyers to pursue a Class Action against the makers of the smoking-cessation aid commonly known as Champix. This Class Action alleges that the manufacturers of Champix failed to properly test, design, label, produce, and market this drug; and failed to provide Canadians with adequate and timely warnings about the potentially harmful risks associated with Champix. Use of this prescription drug is alleged to be linked to serious neuropsychiatric adverse events, including depression and suicide.
