Fairmont Timeshare Investor Action
Docken Klym is currently investigating a possible action to represent the interests of investors in timeshare properties located in Fairmont, B.C.
Investors are currently being asked to make a substantial lump sum payment to the timeshare operator in order to maintain their interest in the property, and Docken Klym is seeking to protect the individual interests of the investors during this process.
If you are an investor in the Fairmont timeshares, please contact Docken Klym using the "Do I Have A Case?" form.
